BACK IN CANAAN AGAIN

Back when we came out of Egypt
Even before we reached the Promised Land
Ab YAHUAH did speak with us
And told us to do all that HE commands

YAH said HE’ll set us on high
Above all nations of the earth
When we obey the voice of our YAHUAH

 If we will hearken unto YAH’S voice
To keep YAH’S commandments to do YAH’S torah
I know YAHUAH will rejoice over us and we’ll be glad, glad, glad to be back in Canaan again

When YAHUAH brought us into Canaan land
Just like YAH said, it flowed with milk and honey
The land was ours to possess
Then finally to dwell there in victory
It came to pass when we disobeyed
And from the land YAH drove us away that HE might change our hearts to love HIM

 If we return and obey YAH’S voice
According to all that HE commands us
I know YAHUAH will rejoice over us and we’ll be glad, glad, glad to be back in Canaan again

 Sometimes I find it hard to believe
That we would really disobey HIM
WHEN HE’S OUR LIFE  AND THE LENGTH OF OUR DAYS
YAH IS OUR LIFE AND THE LENGTH OF OUR DAYS

 YAH set before us life and death, blessing and cursing and we choose chayah
That we may live and return to HIM
And we’ll be glad, glad, glad to be back in YAH’S PRESENCE AGAIN

 EVERY TIME WE THINK ON THEE, THIS IS WHAT WE ALWAYS SEE
